Returns and Refunds
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, physical items received should be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
An item may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged - please see the Faulty section.
Faulty Physical Items
If an item is received faulty or damaged, you have 30 days to contact us and provide photographs showing the issue. A full refund will be issued on evidence of the fault or damage.
Shipping Physical Items
Physical items will be processed and dispatched within three business days, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Delivery is via Royal Mail, Yodel/Inpost and Parcel Force. Delivery times are estimates and at the courier's discretion. We're not responsible for delays. All packages are tracked, and we're here to help where we can with your delivery.
International customers, please note that all customs fees or import duties are your responsibility to pay.
Limitation of Liability
